This coin was minted in Ptolemais (modern day Acre, Israel) by her third husband, and youngest brother, Antiochus IV Epiphanes. Though her veiled portrait on the coin.has worn out over the millennia, the elephant is still beautiful and a great piece of history and animal lovers alike.
