Real Carpathia coal for sale! This coal was recovered from the wreck of the RMS Carpathia during an expedition in 2007.
The Carpathia is famous for being the ship that rescued the survivors of the Titanic on April 15th 1912.
This distinguished vessel met a violent end on July 17th 1918 when it was torpedoed and sunk by a German U-Boat (submarine).
The coal was retrieved via ROV basket on the Janus II expedition to the wreck.
We can ship these specimens worldwide. They come secured in a ~3" wide riker mount.
